The Food Fussiness Group is a tailored program to assist children with expanding their food choices and exploration, improving their diets.
Aims of the group:
- To support children to explore new foods and trialling different cutlery and utensils in a no stress environment.
- To teach families strategies in introducing new foods to their child’s diet.
- To develop specific “food chaining” and sensory plans for all children in the group.
- To create a supportive group for parents who struggle each day with feeding their child.
- For children to make friends and understand social manners related to eating in public.
